Service Overview

Short answer: Global Booth Contractors (VAV Grup) works as the unbranded production arm of exhibition design studios, event agencies and overseas stand builders. You keep the client relationship and the design; we develop the technical drawings, produce the stand in our 6,000 m² facility in İkitelli OSB, Başakşehir (Istanbul), arrange freight and carry out build-up and dismantling on site. We deliver to shows across Europe & Middle East. For Gulf projects we can also work with a contracted partner production facility in Sharjah, UAE, and for shows at the Hannover exhibition grounds our Hannover base provides storage, quality checks and on-site support. Our name does not appear on drawings or documents sent to your client unless you ask for it. Capacity, lead time and price are confirmed per project in writing, based on your design, stand size and show dates.
