Production Partner for Event and Design Agencies

Global Booth Contractors is the subcontracting arm of VAV Group (VAV Grup İnovasyon İnşaat Mimarlık Ltd. Şti.). Agencies keep the client and the design; we take on technical drawings, production in our own 6,000 m² facility in İkitelli OSB, Istanbul, logistics and installation by our own crews, under NDA and under your brand.

How a subcontracted project runs

    NDA

    Your NDA or ours is signed before any design files are shared.

  2. 2

    Brief and feasibility

    You share the design, stand size, show, hall rules and deadline. We check it against the organiser’s technical guidelines and flag issues early.

  3. 3

    Technical drawings

    We prepare production drawings and material specifications for your approval, in your template if you need it.

  4. 4

    Written quotation

    You receive a written scope, lead time and price covering production, freight, build-up and dismantling.

  5. 5

    Production

    The stand is produced in our Istanbul facility; progress photos are available on request.

  6. 6

    Logistics

    We crate and ship the stand; European projects can be staged through our Esenyurt and Düsseldorf warehouses or the Hannover base.

  7. 7

    Installation and handover

    Our crews build the stand on site and hand it over to you or your client under your brand, then dismantle and ship back or store it as agreed.

What we need from you

  • Design files (3D model and/or DWG), stand size and stand type (row, corner, peninsula, island).
  • Show name, hall and stand number, and the organiser’s technical guidelines.
  • Build-up and dismantling dates and your client’s deadline.
  • Graphics, AV and furniture scope, and who supplies each item.

Confidentiality and your brand

We sign the NDA before files are shared. Our name does not appear on drawings, labels or client-facing paperwork unless you ask for it, and on site our crews work under your project lead. You stay the single point of contact for your client.
