How to Design Your Booth for bauma 2028

Stands must support extremely heavy machinery weights. If displaying active hydraulic equipment, ensure high-voltage power grids are mapped early. Drywall systems must be highly stable. Multi-level structures (double deck) are common for executive boardrooms overlooking the machinery displays.

VAV Grup Turnkey Solutions for this Exhibition

VAV Grup can design heavy load-bearing platform floors, custom timber millwork offices, and secure engineering submissions for multi-level double deck stands at Messe München.

Häufig gestellte Fragen

According to Messe München, hall stands need no design review only if they stay within 3 m height, under 100 m² and without a covering; larger or taller stands send plans to Messe München's technical team (for bauma 2028: outdoor areas by 3 January 2028, halls by mid-January 2028). Floor loads for heavy machines are confirmed with the venue for the specific hall.
bauma 2028 runs 3–9 April 2028 at Messe München, according to the organiser. The 2025 edition had 3,548 exhibitors from 57 countries.
